NhN_USA is a cost-free, highly successful nationally recognized, peer-led volunteer job search support and networking group targeted to individuals who are actively looking for work and interested in reinvigorating their job search.
Membership is open to anyone in career transition, including unemployed or underemployed individuals and recent college graduates as well as people re- entering the job market, struggling small business owners and anyone looking for part time or volunteer work. Group members assist each other in techniques and suggestions to improve their job search, offer support, and help with personal and professional networking to find a position. Resources are available at various library, college and Microsoft retail store locations to assist with computer job searches and other useful resource information. Founded in River Edge, New Jersey on January 27 2011, NhN_USA has fostered a “ pay it forward ”, weekly accountability meeting model. We are nationally recognized by The White House Office of Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships, The United States Department of Labor Washington DC. Ambassador to jobs-4-jersey.com, New Jersey Department of Labor; Governor and Lt. Governor of State of New Jersey; Bergen County Board of Chose Freeholders. The Neighbors-helping-Neighbors USA, Inc. meeting groups network is a New Jersey non-profit company pursuant to N.J.S.A. 15A:1-1 et seq.. The organization is applying to be recognized as a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Group is pro-Bono managed by John R. Fugazzie. john@nhnusa.org

Neighbors-helping-Neighbors USA, Inc. (NhN_USA) www.nhnusa.org is nationally recognized, local based, grassroots, all volunteer, zero funded organization, offering free weekly support and networking job search meetings, our meetings are hosted at local libraries, college and university campuses, and Microsoft stores. I am now in the process of expanding our highly successful weekly program across the country by finding and training appropriate volunteers to help to carry out our organization mission.
Our success in helping job seekers in this highly competitive job market, about which experts say there is only one job for every eight-ten job seekers, is unprecedented as we focus on insuring our NhN_USA members are educated to understand the major factors, and forces that are driving this current job market, and what we project as to being like this for the foreseeable future.
Our "elite athlete" like job seeking members build a personal marketing plan identifying their target companies and industries, and work diligently on their networking strategies, techniques, and tactics, and improving their personal and technical job skills, to prepare them to pass by their competition to be successful in landing a job or consulting projects they desire. They use "smart job hunting" approaches to their job search, they pay it forward by helping our other members, they keep positive attitudes, they "own" their job search and they stay highly motivated by attending weekly our support group meetings, so as to gain the maximum benefits from what our program offers. As all of the members, facilitators are peers, and in the exact same job situation there is a great success culture and consistently providing a supportive environment for all who attend.
We do accept pro Bono help from, people with jobs who want to give back, from career professionals willing to donate their time and advice to our group members provided it is fully consistent with our member meeting policies. We encourage these professionals to join our LinkedIn group and post jobs and articles for the benefit of all our members.
NhN is an extremely supportive environment that respects the privacy of all members, in which group members assist each other in job search techniques, resume reviews, interviewing, coaching and suggestions based on personal experience and helping by making their personal and professional networking contacts available to other members.
